Hanoi – Sapa Town
22h00: The tour guide picks up the group at the meeting point, then gets on a sleeper bus to move through the night to tx.Sapa about 300km.
The car runs on the highway very smoothly, you sleep to get energy for the journey the next morning.
Tx.Sapa – Y Ty – Ngai Thau
05h00: The bus stops at Sapa bus station, the tour guide takes everyone to have breakfast and prepare things to go to Y Ty.
07h00: People prepare their luggage to receive motorbikes to move to Y Ty, on the way there are many beautiful scenes that can be stopped to admire (70km travel distance, steep pass).
11h30: Coming to Y Ty, everyone checked in to the hotel, rested, had lunch, and enjoyed highland specialties.
13h30: Start visiting famous places such as Thien Sinh Bridge, A Lu, Den Sang,… (this place is famous for its beautiful terraced fields).
16h00:The delegation moved to Ngai Thau where this is the most beautiful sunset view of Y Ty (listen to some music and watch the sun set behind the mountains).
18h30: The group returned to the homestay at Y Ty. Dinner with black chicken hot pot or traditional dishes are specialties of the local people.
You stay overnight at a homestay in a traditional house of the H’mong people (fully furnished).
Y Ty – Muong Hum – O Quy Ho – Sapa
06h00: Wake up to watch the sunrise, have breakfast and enjoy the highland atmosphere.
08h00: Pack up your luggage and then start moving to the villages of Ha Nhi, Hmong and Dao people like Lao Chai, Choang Then.
11h30:Visit Muong Hum market to learn about the culture of local people then have lunch at Muong Hum.
13h30:Move to Sapa town , then go to some famous places around Sapa town such as Ta Van village, Sapa ancient stone beach, Ta Phin ancient monastery…
15h00: Going up Ham Rong mountain to watch the sunset, you can see the whole town of Sapa.
18h30: Return to Sapa town to have dinner with salmon hotpot, sturgeon are specialty fish raised in high streams, cold water and very clean in Sapa.
20h30: You are free to walk around Sapa, take pictures, buy souvenirs, drink coffee or enjoy snacks here.
20h30:The group boarded the sleeper bus back to Hanoi, about 5am the next morning the car returned to Hanoi.

Promotion and cancellation policy
Endow:
🔹 If you book a tour 30 days in advance, you will receive 100,000 VND, deducted directly from the tour price
🔹 If you book a tour 45 days in advance, you will be given 150,000 VND, deducted directly from the tour price.
🔹 If you book a tour 60 days in advance, you will receive 200,000 VND, deducted directly from the tour price.

Child price
🔹 Children under 5 years old are free, sharing the service with their parents, 2 adults are accompanied by 1 child under 5 years old, the second child is charged 50% of the tour price.
🔹 Children from 6-8 years old are charged 75% of the tour value.
🔹 Children from 9 years old and above charge 100% of the tour value.
Payment policy
🔹 After you book a tour, MAM Travel will contact you to confirm, then please deposit 50% of the tour value, the remaining amount will be transferred 2 days before departure.
🔹 2-3 days before departure, MAM Travel will contact you to remind you about your itinerary and trip information.
Refund policy
a. Cancellation of tour by customer
🔹 More than 15 days before departure date: 90% of deposit will be refunded.
🔹 More than 08 days before departure date: Customers will be refunded 50% of the deposit fee.
🔹 Within 07 days before departure date: Customer will be deducted 100% of deposit fee.
b. Cancel the tour by MAM Travel
🔹 In case there is an emergency stop pick-up from the local government, your deposit will be reserved for the next tour or transferred to another tour.
🔹 During the departure period, if the weather is not guaranteed such as rain, thunderstorms, storms, floods, etc. MAM Travel will consider rescheduling the tour or changing to another tour to ensure the best benefits for customers.
Note: The above cases are force majeure and also cause damage to MAM Travel, so in case you want to cancel the tour but do not want to reserve or reschedule the tour, MAM Travel will refund 90% of the deposit cost for you. customers.
