Hanoi – Bac Yen Town – Ta Xua – Xim Vang
07h00: Tour guide picks up the group in Hanoi, then get on a 16-seat car to move to Bac Yen town.(Note: You have breakfast at your own expense before joining the tour)
07h30: Starting off, the distance from Hanoi to Bac Yen is about 180km, on the way through the tea hill at Phu Tho stop to admire the scenery.
11h30: The group went to Bac Yen town, rested for lunch with local specialties.
13h00:Continue on the way to move 15km to the homestay to check in, which is the place with the most beautiful cloud hunting location in Ta Xua.
14h30: Go to Xim Vang to watch the beautiful terraced fields of the H’mong community, you are free to go out and take pictures and watch the sunset.
18h30: The group returned to the homestay to rest and prepare for dinner.
19h00: You prepare dinner with hot pot or choose the specialties of the highlands.
You sleep in a homestay with a large room for a group, a fully equipped room with a super beautiful mountain view.
Ta Xua – Bac Yen – Moc Chau – Na Ka Plum Valley – Heart Tea Hill – Ban Ang Pine Forest
06h00: Wake up, have breakfast, then go to see the mountain of clouds at the back of Ta Xua dinosaur, when the weather is nice, you can see the sea of clouds.
9h30: Return to Bac Yen town to have lunch and rest here.
11h30: Get on the car to move to Moc Chau to check in hotel in Nong Truong town – Moc Chau.
15h00: Visit famous places of Moc Chau such as Na Ka plum valley, heart tea hill, Ngu Dong Ban On.
18h30:Return to dinner and rest at the hotel designed as a resort with beautiful wooden houses.
You stay overnight at a bungalow bungalow for a group.
Moc Chau – Fairy Waterfall – Hanoi
06h00: Wake up to have breakfast then go sightseeing and enjoy the fresh air in Moc Chau.
07h30: Pack up your things, get in the car to move to Van Ho, visit Nang Tien waterfall where there are blue water and extremely beautiful waterfalls.
11h00: Take a break for lunch with local dishes.
13h00: Everyone got on the bus back to Hanoi.
17h00: The car arrives in Hanoi. MAM Travel would like to say goodbye and see you on the next journey.

Promotion and cancellation policy

🔹 If you book a tour 30 days in advance, you will receive 100,000 VND, deducted directly from the tour price
🔹 If you book a tour 45 days in advance, you will be given 150,000 VND, deducted directly from the tour price.
🔹 If you book a tour 60 days in advance, you will receive 200,000 VND, deducted directly from the tour price.

Child price
🔹 Children under 5 years old are free, sharing the service with their parents, 2 adults are accompanied by 1 child under 5 years old, the second child is charged 50% of the tour price.
🔹 Children from 6-8 years old are charged 75% of the tour value.
🔹 Children from 9 years old and above charge 100% of the tour value.
Payment policy
🔹 After you book a tour, MAM Travel will contact you to confirm, then please deposit 50% of the tour value, the remaining amount will be transferred 2 days before departure.
🔹 2-3 days before departure, MAM Travel will contact you to remind you about your itinerary and trip information.
Refund policy
a. Cancellation of tour by customer
🔹 More than 15 days before departure date: 90% of deposit will be refunded.
🔹 More than 08 days before departure date: Customers will be refunded 50% of the deposit fee.
🔹 Within 07 days before departure date: Customer will be deducted 100% of deposit fee.
b. Cancel the tour by MAM Travel
🔹 In case there is an emergency stop pick-up from the local government, your deposit will be reserved for the next tour or transferred to another tour.
🔹 During the departure period, if the weather is not guaranteed such as rain, thunderstorms, storms, floods, etc. MAM Travel will consider rescheduling the tour or changing to another tour to ensure the best benefits for customers.
Note: The above cases are force majeure and also cause damage to MAM Travel, so in case you want to cancel the tour but do not want to reserve or reschedule the tour, MAM Travel will refund 90% of the deposit cost for you. customers.
